Prom

Prom is today! I'm really excited ^^
(not surprisingly) I didn't get a date, but I'm going with my friends. We're going to go take pictures at a local park, eat, and then go to Prom.
My mom has been working on my dress for a long time and it's almost done (^o^) I love my mom so much. Can you see him? That's our bird, Buddy (^_^) He's a cockatiel. We've had him for about 13 years I think. He likes my mom and my brother but doesn't always get along with me. He tries to bite me (>.<) But he'll sing to me (^_^)
He's such a sweet bird, and a little flirt too xD he makes little kissing sounds back at me.

Last night I helped my brother's cat feel more at home. We had a storm come up almost out of nowhere really late. My brother's cat was found abandoned, and I think she must have been stuck out in a storm before she was found because she's really scared of storms. I went back into the room she stays in and kept her company until the storm passed. But after the storm was gone, I fell asleep on the floor ''OTL I woke up at 1:00 and went to bed xD

I apologize to anyone who has been keeping up with this silly little blog, I have been so busy this past week that I didn't update for a few days!!! (;_;) I'm sorry~
Last week my group worked so hard on that english video project that I had no time for anything else. Last night I was up really late trying to save the finalized movie and burn it onto a DVD (my computer likes to be stupid and not cooperate when I'm finalizing and saving videos) I was so busy with my project this weekend, that I didn't get any of my other homework done, and my teachers told me I was slacking off and getting senioritous (>.<) I'm not trying to be lazy!!! I was just really busy!
This week is my last full week of school!!!! :D
As of tomorrow, including exam days, I only have 12 days left in school!!! I'm so excited, but at the same time I'm a bit nervous and sad to leave all my friends in school. College is going to be a big change (>_<)

My friends Naomi, Eri, and Emika are exchange students from Japan who attend the local college. They're going back to Japan at the end of the month (T^T)
I'm going to miss them so much, and I want to try to hang out with them even more these next few weeks. I feel bad, because I won't be able to say good-bye to them at the airport, because I'll be at an anime convention. I feel bad that I'll be off goofing around in cosplay while they're leaving America...
But, a good thing is that we all have skype, so we will be able to talk even when they are back in Japan. They wanted me to go back to Japan with them (>///<) <3 They're so sweet! I would have gone with them to Japan in a heartbeat, but I'm going to Germany this summer, and that already costs a lot of money. My goal is to save up enough money to go visit them in Japan <3

I'm off to go practice a dance now; it's an awesome korean dance called "Nu ABO" by the group F(x)

I'm so excited and can't wait to learn it!

I promise I'll start doing pet of the day again eventually when I get pictures of my other pets (>.<;)

Toys & Co.

No pet of the day today, I don't have pictures of my other two pets currently (>.<) ごめなさい

今日は私ひらがとカタカナ勉強
ひらがなとカタカナは難しいです！（＞。＜；）
I've been working really hard lately on being able to read basic Japanese hiragana and katakana. I know hiragana, but katakana is difficult for me (>.<;)

I went to Toys and C0. today (^_^)
I love Toys & Co. It's a toy store where you can play with all the toys in the store, it's so much fun. And they have SO MANY stuffed animals!!! x3 <3
Toys & Co. is now my safe haven to run to when I feel the strains of life have turned me into anything more than a 12 year old ;)

A little plush guinea pig to be my "pet" in my dorm next year (since we can't have real pets)

ANIMAL RUBBER BANDS!!!!!!!!
I bought a 24 pack of animals (^^) I have (four of each so I'm going to trade with my friends tomorrow) a pig, a bunny, a cat, a dog, a duck, and a turtle!
Toys and Co. has SO MANY PACKS of the crazy bands!I'll go back another time and get some more (^_^;) They're really fun to play with!

Filming, Day 1

I hope everyone's having a good day!

Today was fun; in english class, we have to make a video about a society where something of the peoples' rights is forbidden (basing the idea off the book 1984 that we're currently reading...kind of a creepy book) My group's video is that we live in a society where dancing is forbidden (O_O;) I could never survive in a society like that! haha

Everyone came over to my house to film today. Sadly, I don't have pictures, but eventually I will have the video as well as bloopers and outtakes up on youtube.

Something went really wrong though...
I was on the phone with my friend, giving her directions to my house. Right as she slowed down and had her turn signal on to turn into our road, I heard a screeching sound and her yelling "SOME JACKA** JUST REAR-ENDED ME! WHAT THE F*CK?!"
My mom and I drove up the road (she was less than 30 seconds from my house when she was hit) to help her.
Turns out, as she was turning, some girl came speeding down the road not paying attention and rear-ended my friend at full speed, sending my friend's car into the field by the road. Luckily no one was hurt! My friend's car looks bad on the back, but she's able to drive it until they get it fixed.
What really scared me was that when her dad was pulling into the road to help her after the accident, someone almost rear-ended him! He had to keep driving and pull of the main road to keep from being in a wreck. Then when my other friend came (we were all standing around waiting for the cop to write up the report) to work on the video, he almost got rear-ended too!!!!
People need to learn to drive. I'm just glad she's ok.

Our pony, SNICKERS!
Snicker is a 10 hand Shetland pony whos 15 and we've had for about 11 years. He knows how to pull a cart (^_^) that's what I did for my senior project, was to learn how to drive a horse with a cart, and Snickers helped me (^_^)
He's a sassy little pony full of spunk who thinks he's a stud xD
This little pony has AT-TI-TUDE!
Even though he's the smallest of our horses, he acts like he's the big boss of the herd haha

Rainy day

hmmm....not much to talk about today...It was a slow, boring, rainy day (-_-;) why do rainy days always go by so slowly?

The horse on the left is my horse, Harmony <3
(the one on the right was my mom's horse Madison, who passed away this passed summer of old age (;_;) <3 )

I've had her for almost 8 years now, and she's about 24 years old, which is getting old for a horse.
For those who speak "horse," she is a paso fino/ quarter horse and is 14 hands tall (pony really haha)

this was the first time I rode her after we brought her to our house. we used to be a great team.

About 5 years ago, I fell off of her (she bucked a little bit once and I lost my seat), and became constantly scared that she would buck me off again. Since I didn't ride her for so long, she got used to not working and developed a "I don't want to" attitude. After that, I got so busy with school that I never had time to ride her. But now, I'm riding her again. She knows I am her owner, and looks sad when I walk away or pay attention to another horse <3 she is my #1 baby
Unfortunataly, because she is older, she can't work like she used to, so I mainly just walk her around and ride her on trails (we used to jump a little)

疲れた

私とても疲れたです

Even though it's almost 3:30 in the afternoon, I'm already super tired, and I want to take a nap. I just got done working on a project for school　At my friend's house.
I didn't get a chance to look for linens today...it seems like I keep doing things other than what I should be doing (;>.>) But we needed to work on the project.

Today I want everyone to meet my cat, Chessie!

Chessie is a very old kitty, she's 17! The poor old girl can't remember her way around the house all the time, and forgets when she ate last. We feed her on a counter so Rosie won't eat her food..but Chessie’s　So old she can't jump up there; She'll go around the house howling until we put her up to eat. When she howls, she sounds like she's saying "HELLOOOO?!" It's so cute <3
Chessie is just such a sweet cat. She sleeps with me every night and reminds me when it's bedtime by curling up on my bed in her spot and looking at me like "Ok, time to go to bed！”


She and Rosie get along pretty well for a cat and a dog. They bicker and chase each other but I think Chessie doesn't want to admit she's friends with the dog hahaha

Hey everyone!

Today was a really good day!
I didn't go out today, so I wasn't able to succeed in my endevour for animal rubber bands, but I had a great time on blogtv (^_^) I have had an account for a while, and not used it until this afternoon, when I invited my youtube subscribers (on a last minute kind of thing). It was pretty fun, though I did block one user who wanted to send me rude pictures. I don't want to see that (>.>)
Next time, I'll plan the broadcast in advance and let everyone know when I'll be streaming live.

My friend and I are working on our dorm settings for next semester when we move in. We're still trying to pick a color scheme. I like deep purple and blue, and pretty much any color, but she wants dark blue. We both agree that we want an oriental theme, but it's hard to find a blue oriental scheme in any stores where we live; most oriental stuff is red.
But halfway through our decisions, we ran into a bit of a problem. Apparently the dorms have these twin beds are longer than normal, so we have to order from a special catalog >.>; We don't like any of the designs they have in there though...so we're going out tomorrow to see if any stores around here have extra long bed linens.

As promised yesterday, I am going to start showing everyone my pets, one day at a time. (^_^)

Today's pet is my dog, Rosie

Rosie is a poodle, and she's 7 years old. Ever since I was little, I wanted a poodle, and when I was in the 5th grade, I finally got one (^_^)<3

(the first picture is my senior picture that goes in the yearbook this year. It was taken last summer before school when my hair was longer)

She's a really funny little dog. She thinks she's a person! She lays in bed on her back and we cover her up like she was a person, and she "talks back" when we talk to her.
She loves to follow my mom around the house all the time, and pouts when she can't sit in her lap. So we call her my mom's shadow, Radar (like on M.A.S.H),or "second-in-command"
She always helps me fold the clothes, and buries herself in them because they're warm. Rosie is very smart, she knows all sorts of tricks, she has names that she knows for all of her toys, and when we ride in the car, she knows when we take a different turn, or when we start heading in a direction she hasn't been (she gets nervous and starts whining)
I'm defiantly going to miss my Rosie baby when I go to Germany this summer, and then when I move into college (they don't allow pets in dorms except for fish)
